Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of the Nexvora platform by tenant administrators, staff, and, where a tenant enables subscriber self-service, network subscribers. It supplements the Terms of Service. Violations may result in warning, suspension, or termination.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nexvora, or any network managed through it, to:

• Transmit unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content or communications, including unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or phishing.
• Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or attempt unauthorized access to any system, network, or account, including other tenants' data.
• Circumvent or interfere with metering, quota, authentication, or billing mechanisms (including RADIUS authentication/accounting).
• Resell or sub-license the Service or network capacity outside the terms of your license tier or written agreement with us.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the Service's source code or underlying models except as permitted by law.
• Use the Service in a manner that violates telecommunications, consumer protection, data protection, or export control laws applicable to your operations.

2. Network-Specific Obligations (Tenants)

• You are responsible for the conduct of your own subscribers on networks you operate through Nexvora, including compliance with local telecommunications and lawful-intercept requirements where applicable.
• Captive portal deployments must not misrepresent Nexvora, Connect Globa Consults, or any third party, and must not be used to collect subscriber data beyond what your own published terms and privacy notices disclose.
• Voucher and instant-access billing features must not be used for deceptive pricing or to charge subscribers for services not actually provided.

3. Fair Use of Shared Infrastructure

Where features rely on shared infrastructure (e.g. the WireGuard hub, RADIUS bridge, payment gateway integrations), usage must stay within your license tier's limits. We may throttle or rate-limit usage that threatens platform stability for other tenants.

4. Reporting Abuse

Suspected abuse can be reported to info@cglobaconsults.com. We investigate reports and may suspend access pending investigation where there is a credible risk to the platform or other tenants.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, suspend accounts or NAS devices, or terminate access for violations of this AUP, with notice where practicable, and without notice where necessary to prevent harm.
