This Privacy Policy explains how Connect Globa Consults ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data through the Nexvora platform. It covers two categories of people: (1) tenant administrators and staff who manage a Nexvora account, and (2) network subscribers whose data tenants process using Nexvora on their own behalf.
For tenant account data, we act as the data controller. For subscriber data that a tenant collects and manages through Nexvora, the tenant is the data controller and we act as a data processor, acting only on the tenant's documented instructions as described in the Data Processing Agreement.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use subscriber data processed on behalf of tenants for our own advertising purposes.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis (including Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843)), we rely on: performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, consent collected by the tenant from its own subscribers (e.g. via captive portal terms).
We share data only with: payment gateways necessary to process a transaction you initiate; infrastructure/hosting providers under confidentiality obligations; and regulators or law enforcement where legally required. We do not share subscriber data across tenants.
Account and subscriber data is retained for the duration of the tenant relationship and for a reasonable period after termination to allow data export, followed by deletion or anonymization, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g. billing/tax records, RADIUS accounting records requested by regulators).
We apply access controls, encryption in transit, tenant data isolation, and audit logging. No system is completely secure; we will notify affected tenants without undue delay in the event of a breach affecting their data, consistent with our obligations under the Data Processing Agreement.
Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data. Tenant administrators and staff should contact us directly at info@cglobaconsults.com. Subscribers should first contact the tenant (e.g. their ISP, hotel, or venue) that collected their data, since the tenant controls that data; we assist tenants in fulfilling such requests.
Data may be processed in countries other than where you or your subscribers are located. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
We may update this Policy from time to time; material changes will be notified to tenant administrators in advance.
